Once your order is submitted a you can pay your non-refundable deposit to secure your spot in the schedule.

Use the form below to tell me about your pet and the person receiving the portrait. Photos help, but what matters most are the details only you know.

(Work in Progress) Preview

You’ll receive one opportunity to review a photo of the work in progress. Small adjustments can be made at this stage. After this, I’ll continue crafting your piece with the final details.

I welcome your input, but there are artistic and material limitations.

Because each piece is handcrafted and unique, I cannot offer refunds if you’re unhappy with the final result—though, to date, no one has expressed disappointment.

Turnaround time depends on current booking availability. You’ll receive an estimated delivery window when your deposit is received.

Non-refundable deposit

CA$50

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to begin your portrait. The total cost of a custom portrait is $120 CAD, with the remaining $70 due upon completion.

This deposit secures your place in the schedule and covers the planning and early sculpting stages of your piece.

I understand that shipping fees are in addition to the portrait cost and are based on location. The additional fees will be discussed during our initial design call.
